Family Retreat is a support-based program designed for burn survivors, ages 0-8 years old and their immediate family members and/or caregivers. This unique one-day program helps children along with their families/caregivers understand and cope with the physical and emotional challenges associated with burn recovery. Family Day Getaway’s goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for families impacted by burn injury.
Please note, space is limited for this retreat and first time attendees will get priority. Completion of this application does not mean acceptance into the program. We will notify you after your application is submitted of your status.
