Our 34th annual Firefighter Demolition Derby was a BLAST!

It was a beautiful day filled with excitement and community spirit.

This high-energy, family-friendly event was packed with fire safety education, hands-on activities, and heart-pounding derby action. Teams from 15 fire departments customized clunkers to clash, compete, and crow!

The Del Mar Arena was the center of it all, including live firefighting demonstrations, free giveaways, educational and interactive activities. Outside the arena, visitors got a close-up look at the derby cars – and to meet the brave drivers.

Lakeside Fire took home the title – congrats!

Thank you to our wonderful and generous sponsors!
