Firehouse to Donate $10,000 to the Burn Institute

Firehouse is donating $10,000 to the San Diego Burn Institute at Firehouse World 2017. The presentation will take place during the Opening Ceremony on Tuesday, Feb. 7, at the San Diego Convention Center. This is the 3rd consecutive year that Firehouse has donated $10,000 to the Institute.

“We are honored to continue to support the Burn Institute in this manner,” said Tim Sendelbach, Editor-in-Chief, Firehouse. “The important work they do supports the San Diego fire service and the community overall.”

Firehouse World is the largest fire service event on the West Coast. The 2017 event will feature more than 80 conference sessions and moderated panels, featuring the U.S. and international instructors, the 1st Annual U.S./International Fireground Tactical Operations Forum, Active Shooter Workshop, High-Hazard Incident Preparedness and Response Workshop, Firefighter Cardiac Health & Wellness Forum and nightly networking sessions.

In addition to the donation, Firehouse is providing registration savings to all Burn Institute friends and supporters.
